Lake Placid, Adirondack Getaway

If relaxation is what you are looking for, you will enjoy the peace and privacy found here. Our cabin offers four bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, two of the bedrooms have two twin beds each, and the fourth has one double and two twin beds. We have two large full baths and a fully stocked kitchen with table seating for 10. After a day of adventure, you can unwind in our cozy living room with an inviting woodstove for those cool nights or head down to the game room that offers foosball and air hockey with it’s own TV and DVD player and a couch with a full size pullout bed.

The best of the Adirondack Region is just outside your door. The Memorial Highway which takes you to the top of Whiteface Mountain with it’s spectacular views of New York, Vermont, and Canada is just 10 minutes away. Whiteface Mountain with it’s skiing, gondola rides, mountain biking, and festivals is 12 minutes. The Ausable Chasm is 15 minutes and Lake Placid, the Olympic village, is 22 minutes.Our outside property offers a deck with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill and a backyard campfire pit. When things get hot, go for a dip at the famous Jay swimming hole on the Ausable River with it’s covered bridge.We look forward to renting our cabin to you. Enjoy our home as your home.
