WATERING HOLE

  1. Go out the drive way and make a right .
  2. Follow till the end . Make a right . ( This is Cross rd ).
  3. Follow to the end . Make a right ( This is Au-Sable Dr . )
  4. Follow to the end . Make a left ( This is Rt 86 )
  5. Follow to the stop sign .
  6. Go across Rt 9n , Go straight and you will see the Covered Bridge
  7. You can park there and walk across the Bridge and at the end go right and you
  8. will see the big rocks and the watering hole . Take the little dirt path to the Watering hole .
  9. To drive to the watering hole , follow the directions above but at the V stay left .
  10. ( You will see the Covered Bridge on the right of the V )
  11. Follow to the end . Make a right .
  12. Go across the bridge and stay right . You will see a small parking area on the right .
  13. You will see the river and the large rocks on the right , take the little dirt path to the watering hole .

LAKE PLACID

  1. Go out the drive way and make a right .
  2. Follow till the end . Make a right . ( This is Cross rd ).
  3. Follow to the end . Make a right ( This is Au-Sable Dr . )
  4. Follow to the end . Make a right ( This is Rt 86 )
  5. Follow to the 4 way stop. Make a left . Follow all the way into Lake Placid . About 15 minutes .
  6. Just a caution . At the 4 way stop , make a complete stop . Use your blinkers and do the speed limit .
  7. This area is a great place where the State Troopers sit ( in the Candy man parking lot , on the left )
  8. Also on Rt 86 , just do the speed limit . It goes from 45 to 35 .

Flume in Wilmington

  1. Go out the drive way and make a right .
  2. Follow till the end . Make a right . ( This is Cross rd ).
  3. Follow to the end . Make a right ( This is Au-Sable Dr . )
  4. Follow to the end . Make a right ( This is Rt 86 )
  5. Follow to the 4 way stop. Make a left .
  6. Follow for about 3 miles.
  7. You will come to a small parking lot , right before a small bridge going over the AuSable river
  8. If you pass it , you will see the Hungary Trout restaurant on the right .
  9. Right behind you is the Flume .
  10. Turn around and park .
  11. Follow the paths down to the river .
  12. There is parking on both sides of the road for it .
